Fashion Marketing & Management Major  |   Costume Design for Film

Sabrina Barreras is a Fashion Marketing major at SCAD Atlanta and does costume design for films.

Originally from Puerto Rico, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of thirteen. There she began to explore broader opportunities in ballet. She was a part of Atlanta Ballet and the Ballet Institute of Atlanta while also attending The Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts (CCCEPA) at Pebblebrook High School. She graduated from High School at sixteen with a major in Dance and a minor in Acting.

While at SCAD Atlanta, she has worked in several student films, participated in the SCADFilm Department web series All Hail Maukavas, and also pursued a minor in Art History. Outside of school, she loves watching old Hollywood Films and Horseback riding.

Upon finishing her Senior Year at SCAD she hopes to look for job opportunities at the intersection of film and fashion.
